Summer Nights is a festival of outdoor film screenings in beautiful heritage locations throughout the summer. Once again the festival will be visiting Wollaton Park in August 2018.
Thursday 23 August – Wayne’s World (PG)
Wayne’s World: Party Time! Excellent! Everyone’s favourite head-banging duo, Wayne and Garth hit the big time when a local television station buys their cable access show. But as the fame and mainstream attention start to drive a wedge between our heroes, can they withstand the pressure to sell out?

Hugh Jackman tackles the legendary figure of P.T. Barnum in the mostly true tale of his life, brought to life with music! Jackman stars alongside an all-star cast including Michelle Williams, Zac Efron, Zendaya and Rebecca Ferguson.

Sunday 26 August – The Dark Knight Rises (12A)
Christopher Nolan returns to his Gotham City stomping ground for a final go-around with Christian Bale’s Batman, adding Anne Hathaway as Selina Kyle (aka Catwoman) and the wonderful Tom Hardy as the brutal Bat breaking Bane to the mix.

Monday 27 August – Beauty and The Beast (PG)
“Tale as old as time…” Emma Watson takes the lead role of Belle while Dan Stevens (Downton Abbey) gets to grips with his wild side as the Beast in this live action version of the classic Disney animation, which became the highest grossing film of 2017.
