A. The holiday park caters for family holidays. Bookings from all female or all male parties will only be accepted at our absolute discretion. If you wish to book a single sex party you MUST inform us of this and of the ages of all members of your party at the time of booking. There will be a damage surety deposit of up to £50 per person (payable in cash at reception) returnable on departure if no damage is caused.
If your booking is accepted by us or our agent Hoseasons, you will receive a Booking Confirmation with the details of your party on it. We reserve the right to refuse accommodation on our Park if your party is not the same as set out on the Booking Confirmation.
A. There is plenty of woodland in which to walk dogs, but please keep them on a lead at all times and clean up any fouling.
A. Please be aware that the park is formed on an historic hillside in long established woodland that follows the contours of the land and is not level. There are natural paths through the woodland that are un-surfaced and uneven. Also the majority of our lodges have steps up to entrance doors. For these reasons people with mobility difficulties may not be able to enjoy all the facilities that the park offers.
A. Yes we have barbecue stands close to all lodges. Because we are close to the woodland, the fire authorities have requested that guests use pre-made disposable barbecues rather than using charcoal. Please feel free to bring some disposable barbecues with you to use on the stands. Alternatively these can be purchased from nearby shops.
