Each draw will be held at 12.00 pm on the quarter date.

1. Draws are on a quarterly basis.

2. Entries are limited to one per household.

3. Entrants must be 18 years or over. 

4. Entry is free but requires a valid email address.

5. Prizes consist of free accommodation (excluding utilities and log charges etc.) for a short break at Sherwood Castle Holiday Forest, to a maximum value of £275. 

6.   The first entry drawn will be the winner.  

7. All usual conditions for staying at Sherwood Castle Holiday Forest apply to this holiday award. 

8. The winner of the prize draw will be notified by email, so it is in your interest to check that the given email address is correct.

9. The holiday will be exclusively for family of the registered winner of the draw.

10. The prize is not transferable to any other party.

11. No cash alternative will be offered.

12. By entering this draw you have agreed to receive email with updates on news, special offers and late availability information.  You may later opt out.

13. Email addresses will be held on the Sherwood Castle Holiday Forest database and will not be made available to other third parties.

14. Employees of Sherwood Castle Holiday Forest, together with their agent Hoseasons, their family and anybody professionally connected to the promotion are not eligible to enter.

15. Notwithstanding there are 4 draws per year, a maximum of one prize win per year per individual /family is allowable.

16. The draw periods are based around the four calendar Quarter Days that were common in mediaeval times in England and are still used today

 

17. The prize is awarded on the basis that the winner agrees to have their prize win notified on the news email distributed to individuals that are registered on the Sherwood Castle Holiday Forest database and posted on the web site. The notification will be on the lines of ‘Mr and Mrs Smith of Taunton were the winners of the Lady Day prize draw and are looking forward to their holiday’.
