Monday 31 July – Sunday 6 August 2017
Sherwood Forest Country Park
The Robin Hood Festival will once again return with the usual story tellers, comedy acts and of course, Robin Hood and the Sheriff of Nottingham as they clash once more in the home of our outlaw!
Walk through the forest and encounter many of the festivals characters, take part in a range of activities, visit the legendary Major Oak and enjoy refreshments and lunch in the cafe at the welcome centre.
Jousting and Falconry displays:
This year there will not be the Jousting and Falconry displays, due to potential building work taking place on site for the new Visitor Centre. The location for the arena setting won’t be accessible and for safety reasons it wouldn’t be suitable to run.
The Legends Team will still be entertaining you all at the festival and will be having more skirmishes in and around the Major Oak!
All day car parking is charged at £5.
